Christine comes from a social services background, which allows her to use her skills set and qualities to work with families, and to offer them support through difficult times. In 2003 she became associate with the funeral industry, which fostered her desire to make a career change. In 2017 she completed the Diploma in Funeral Directing.

Desmond has worked in the funeral profession on and off over the years in various capacities within the funeral industry. Having lost his family at a young age, Desmond has a passion for delivering a quality service to families, and advocates for a modern approach to funeral services. He encourages families to participate and be involved in the planning of the funeral service, allowing them to create a meaningful experience.
